Notice is hereby given, for the purposes of section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890, that, following the termination and dissolution of Penta TPE GP Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 with number SL014480 and having its principal place of business at 300 Bath Street, 1st Floor, Glasgow G2 4JR, the winding up of the Partnership has been completed with effect from 27 December 2024.
