Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28/06/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/05/2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of MATILDA ANNA GREGORY who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of MATILDA ANNA RAWLINSON and assumed the name of MATILDA ANNA GREGORY.
