The Company was placed into Members' Voluntary Liquidation on 7 May 2025 and on the same date, Jeremy Karr (IP Number: 009540) and Simon John Killick (IP Number: 23390), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this is a solvent liquidation and as such all creditors will be paid in full.
