NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a final meeting of the members of Ferndale Glen Holdings Limited (formerly Profast Holdings Limited) will be held at the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT on 25 June 2025 at 11:00am.

The meeting is called pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of SCC Chartered Accountants Limited, 17 College Street, Armagh, Co. Armagh, BT61 9BT or by email to eoin.hughes@scc-ca.com no later than 12 noon on 24 June 2025.

The following resolutions will be considered at the final meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator be released and discharge.
