The King has been pleased by Warrant under His Majesty’s Royal Sign Manual bearing the date 15 April 2025 to direct Letters Patent to be passed under the Seal appointed by the Treaty of Union to be kept and made use of in place of the Great Seal of Scotland appointing The Right Honourable Lady Elish Frances Margaret Angiolini LT DBE PC KC to be Lord High Commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland from 16 May 2025.
