HIGHWAYS STOPPING UP ORDER
THE STOPPING-UP OF LAND AT PIKE CLOSE BROMLEY
THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES of the London Borough of Bromley hereby give Notice that they have made an Order under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to authorise the stopping-up of Land at Pike Close Bromley.
THE ORDER HAS BEEN MADE to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the Planning Permission granted to The London Borough of Bromley under reference DC/21/03622/FULL1.
COPIES OF THE ORDER and relevant plan may be inspected by making an email request to: highway.planning@bromley.gov.uk
Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the power of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any Regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks of 20th May 2025 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contain therein.

THE SCHEDULE
Land at Pike Close Bromley
The redevelopment of the car park site on Croft Avenue to Demolition of existing buildings and phased redevelopment comprising 170 residential units in buildings ranging from 2 to 13 storeys. Associated landscaping, car and cycle parking and ancillary development.
The term “stopping up” means that the area of the highway being the Land at Pike Close Bromley as shown edged red on the Plan would permanently cease to be public highway.
