Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
DSV UK GROUP PENSION SCHEME: IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read this notice carefully if you joined, or think you might have joined, the defined contribution (money purchase) section of the DSV UK Group Pension Scheme as a member (or if you are a dependant to a member) before 31 December 2022.
Please note that the DSV UK Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) has also been formally known as Inter Forward Group Pension Plan and the DFDS Transport Group Pension Plan. The following pension schemes have previously merged into the Scheme: Frans Maas (UK) Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme, UTi Worldwide (UK) Ltd Pension Scheme and Agility Pension Plan. The Scheme currently consists of the “GIL Section” and the “Group Section”.
The Trustee of the DSV UK Group Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Defined Contribution (DC) Section of the GIL Section and the Defined Contribution (DC) Section of the Group Section of the Scheme will shortly be wound up and that the assets will be distributed (together the “DC Sections”).
The Trustee believes it has the names and contact details of everyone who has a right to a benefit under the DC Sections of the Scheme. However, the Trustee wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the DC Sections of the Scheme and have not had any correspondence by post from the Trustee about the wind up of the Scheme. If you have not received any such notice and believe that you are entitled to benefits from the DC Sections of the Scheme, please write to:
The Trustee of the DSV UK Group Pension Scheme
c/o Hymans Robertson LLP
45 Church Street
Birmingham
B3 2RT
Please provide full details of your claim and any benefits that you think you are entitled to, and include your full name, address, date of birth and national insurance number and either details of the dates that you were a member of the Scheme or details of the basis of your claim along with any other relevant information.
If you want to make a claim, you must contact the Trustee by 23 July 2025. In due course, the Trustee will distribute any remaining assets and wind up the DC Sections of the Scheme. If you do not contact the Trustee regarding any claim within this period, the Trustee will not be liable for any claim you make regarding the Scheme.
Please note that the defined benefit (final salary) section of the DSV UK Group Pension Scheme is not being wound up and therefore you do not need to contact the Trustee if your only benefit entitlement relates to the defined benefit section. You do not need to contact the Trustee if you have received correspondence from the Trustee regarding the wind up, or if you have transferred your Scheme entitlement to another pension scheme or arrangement, including the Aviva Master Trust.
Issued on behalf of the Trustee of the DSV UK Group Pension Scheme.
