LAND AND BUILDINGS AT MANSFIELD FARM, IVER HEATH, IVER

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: UXBRIDGE MOOR ELECTRICITY SUBSTATIONS AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council is proposing to apply to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for consent to dispose of the following property in accordance with the provisions of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938:

Land and buildings at Mansfield Farm, Iver Heath, Iver, Buckinghamshire.

Once the property is sold, it is intended to construct the Proposed Development in accordance with planning permission PL/24/0449/FA. Details of the property including a site plan indicating its boundaries, have been deposited for public inspection at:

1. Reception at Walton Street Office, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF and can also be obtained by contacting legalproperty@buckinghamshire.gov.uk and is available for inspection between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on Friday.

2. Iver Heath Community Library, St Margaret’s Close, Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire, SL0 0DA and is available for inspection between the hours of 9.30am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday and Thursday or 10 am to 1pm on Saturday.

Any objection to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government at 23 Stephenson Street, Birmingham, B2 4BH before 16 June 2025 and should state the reasons for such objection.
