2. As an Ordinary Resolution, "THAT Andrew Dix of Messrs Sterling Ford, Centurion Court, 83 Camp Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 5JN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."
