Notice is hereby given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Roderick Graham Butcher, the Liquidator, to the creditors of the above named company, that I intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
