TK ELEVATOR UK LIMITED 1992 PENSION PLAN

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person that believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the TK Elevator UK Limited 1992 Pension Plan (“the Plan”), formerly known as the Thyssen Lifts & Escalators 1992 Pension Plan and before that, as the H + C 1992 Pension Plan, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by two months from the date the notice is placed, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and the full name of the Plan) to the Trustees of the TK Elevator UK Limited 1992 Pension Plan, c/o PAN Trustees, Oathall House, Oathall Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 3EN or via email to TKE@qallp.co.uk.  It is expected that individuals would have been members of the Plan as employees of TK Elevator UK Limited, thyssenkrupp Elevator UK Limited, Thyssen Lifts and Escalator, H+C Lifts, Britannic, Bardeck, D&A, Associated Lifts or Lift Engineering Services. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons of whose claims or entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person for any claim or entitlement of which they do not have notice.
