Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on 25th of March 2024 by Thomas McMurtrie, as legal representative of Jingchong Xie, designated member of JX Fine Food Limited, formerly having its registered office at 94/96 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G11 6NX (“the Company”), craving the Court to order that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies; in which Petition Sheriff Reid by Interlocutor dated 5TH May 2025 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
