Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed by the members on 30 April 2025, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Bass (IP No. 11790) and Giuseppe Parla (IP No. 24352) both of Menzies LLP, 4th Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AB be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”

At the meeting of creditors held on 1 May 2025, Jonathan David Bass and Giuseppe Parla both of Menzies LLP, 4th Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AB were confirmed as Joint Liquidators.
