Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15-11-2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27-03-2025, I, Jade Ahlfeld, 5 Fairlawns, Horley, RH6 9HD, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jade Marina Payne and assumed the name of Jade Ahlfeld.
