Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14 March 2025, I, Daniel Mitchell Cuthbert, 154 Park Lane, Shiremoore, Newcastle upon Tyne NE27 0TW, Single and a British Citizen, under section (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Daniel Mitchell and assumed the name of Daniel Mitchell Cuthbert.
