Notice is hereby given that on 15 April 2025 a petition was presented to the Court of Session by Alexander Iain Fraser, formerly an Insolvency Practitioner at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Meridian, Union Row, Aberdeen, AB10 1SA, (“the Petitioner”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Petitioner be removed from office as liquidator by the Court and that a replacement liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Lord Richardson, by Interlocutor dated 23 April 2025, removed the Petitioner as liquidator of Graham Emmerson Engineering Limited, a limited company with company number SC343678, and appointed Graham Smith, Insolvency Practitioner at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Meridian, Union Row, Aberdeen, AB10 1SA as the replacement liquidator of Graham Emmerson Engineering Limited in terms of rules 6.1(2), 6.2 (1)(b) and 6.2(3)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018.
