Orchard Medical Centre

Notice is hereby given that the firm of Orchard Medical Centre (consisting of the partners, Dr David Barr, Dr Lesley Cargill, Dr Chinky Mishra, Dr Carolyn Calder, Dr Neelotpal Apurva and Dr Marjory Taylor) carrying on the business of the provision of general medical services at 41 Ladywell Road, Motherwell, Lanarkshire, ML1 3JX was dissolved with effect from the close of business on 30 April 2025.

The business and assets as an ongoing concern were transferred on 1 May 2025 to a new partnership, also with the name of ‘Orchard Medical Centre’, to be carried on by the partners, Dr David Barr, Dr Lesley Cargill, Dr Chinky Mishra, Dr Carolyn Calder and Dr Neelotpal Apurva. Dr Marjory Taylor is not a partner in the new partnership. The new partnership shall continue the business at 41 Ladywell Road, Motherwell, Lanarkshire, ML1 3JX.
