FORMATION OF 3M WIDE 9KM LONG SEGREGATED NMU ROUTE/PATH AT LAND BETWEEN AVIEMORE AND CARRBRIDGE PH22 AND PH23

The Council has received an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the application made by Transport Scotland on land at Land Between Aviemore and Carrbridge PH22 And PH23. The application is development falling within the Regulations as Environmental Impact Assessment development and accordingly is supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report. The application reference number is (25/01207/FUL).

A copy of the application, with a plan showing the land to which it relates, together with a copy of the EIA Report discussing the proposals in more detail and presenting an analysis of the environmental implications, can be viewed via the Council's planning portal at http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/ by entering the reference number given above or by appointment between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday at The CNPA (Cairngorms National Park Authority) headquarters, 14 The Square, Grantown on Spey, Scotland, PH26 3HG.

Printed copies of the EIA Report (including NTS) can be purchased at a cost of £150 (an electronic copy is available free of charge) by writing to AMJV at the following address:

The deadline for receipt of comments is 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
