NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 29th April 2025 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 8th May 2025.

The effect of the Orders will be to replace an existing free parking place in Homefield Rise with an Ambulance Bay as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.

A copies of the Order may be inspected by during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk. until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of the making the Order.

ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Ambulances Only Parking At Any Time:-

HOMEFIELD RISE, Orpington (a) south side, from a point 7m north west of the common boundary of Nos. 26 & 28 Homefield Rise south eastwards for a distance of 17m.
