THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.26) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham intends to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders which comes into operation on 16th June 2025 will be to:

(1) Introduce a new Controlled Parking Zone B/C which will be the consolidation of Controlled Parking Zones ‘B,BB,C & CC’

(2) Introduce new, extended parking controls in all Controlled Parking Zone B/C which will operate on Monday to Sunday 8:30am to 11pm

(3) Introduce a maximum stay restriction of 90 Minutes for pay and display and RingGo parking will apply.

3. A copy of the Orders, the Councils statement of reasons for making the Orders and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected, by requesting copies in writing until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
