Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an amended and restated limited partnership agreement dated 27 March 2025, EKA II (SCOTLAND) LTD, a private limited company incorporated in Scotland with registered number SC829083 whose registered office is at c/o Brodies LLP, Capital Square, 58 Morrison Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8BP, assigned to EKA II GP LLP with registered number OC454563 whose registered office is at Cinema House, 93 Wardour Street, London, United Kingdom, W1F 0UE, its whole general partner's interest in EKA II FP LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL037180 (the "Partnership") (the "Assignation"). As a result of the Assignation, EKA II (SCOTLAND) LTD ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership with effect from 27 March 2025.
