Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 April 2025 Charterhouse General Partners (Europe) LLP transferred 100% of its general partner interest in CCP Nomos LP (formerly known as CCP Amalfi LP), a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP024085 (the “Partnership”), to Charterhouse GP (XI) LLP and consequently on that date Charterhouse General Partners (Europe) LLP retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by Charterhouse GP (XI) LLP.
