That the Society be wound up voluntarily
The Society also passed the following ordinary resolution on 28 April 2025.
That Christopher Ratten of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Landmark, St Peter`s Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 4PB and Karen Spears of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Society, to act on a joint and several basis.
