Notice is hereby given that by special resolution passed on 1 May 2025, the above named company was placed into members' (solvent) voluntary liquidation and James Neill (IP No. 12810) and John Donaldson (IP No. 25132) both of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP were appointed Joint Liquidators.

The Joint Liquidators give notice that the creditors of the above-named company, are required, on or before 6 June 2025 to submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to the Joint Liquidators of the said company, at the above address, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidators, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
