This notice is given by the Joint Liquidators, David Farmer (IP No. 26350) and Lloyd Biscoe (IP No. 9141) both of Birchwood Bond, 170a-172 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7BS who were appointed on 23 April 2025 and is to inform creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned David Farmer, of Birchwood Bond, 170a-172 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7BS by 31 July 2025. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Joint Liquidators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
