Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 December 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 March 2025, I, Ifrah Tariq, 69 Higher Swan Lane Bolton BL3 3AS, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Muqaddis Tariq and assumed the name of Ifrah Tariq.
