Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 December 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 March 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Sam Ann Yvonne Fagan who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Grace Ann Yvonne Fagan and assumed the name of Sam Ann Yvonne Fagan.
