Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 November 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 March 2025, I, Elizabeth Ruth Clark, 91 Kingsland Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN14 9EE, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Elizabeth Ruth Whale and assumed the name of Elizabeth Ruth Clark.
