Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 May 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 March 2025, I, Harvey George Finlay Franczak, 7 Bank End Close, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire NG18 4QG, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Harvey George Finlay Phillis and assumed the name of Harvey George Finlay Franczak.
