The Council has received an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the application made by A&D Sutherland Ltd. on land at Caithness Flagstone Limited Spittal Quarry Spittal Wick KW1 5XR. The application is development falling within the Regulations as Environmental Impact Assessment development and accordingly is supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report. The application reference number is 24/02943/FUL.

Please quote the application reference number in your correspondence. The application will be determined by the Council’s area Planning Applications Committee. The possible decisions on the application are either approve with or without conditions or refuse.
