THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under sections 82(2)(a) and (b), 83(1), 84(1)(a) and (c) and 124(1)(d) of and paragraph 27 schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order is as described in Press and Journal dated 14th March 2025 and The Edinburgh Gazette, dated 14th March 2025 Issue number 29092. The Order comes into force on Thursday 1 May 2025.

A copy of the Order as made and the relevant plan may be inspected free of charge until 5th June 2025 at Co-Op Food Broadford, Main Street, Broadford, Isle of Skye, IV49 9AE and Jewson Isle of Skye, Unit 1A, Broadford Industrial Estate, Isle of Skye, IV49 9AP and at the offices of Transport Scotland, 177 Bothwell Street Glasgow G2 7ER from 1 May 2025.
