Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 March 2025, I, Lubna Zaidi, 4 Barford Rise, Luton, LU2 9SG, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lubna Farhan and assumed the name of Lubna Zaidi.
