Notice is hereby given that, on 15 April 2025, a petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Lidion Bank Plc (formerly Agribank Plc), a company incorporated under the laws of Malta, whose registered office is at Trident Park, Block 3, Level 0, Mdina Road, Zone 2, Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD 2010, Malta with company registration number C.57067, petitioning the court inter alia for the restoration of Caledonian Construction Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC500288) and having its registered office at c/o 11a Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG (“the Company”) to the Register of Companies in Scotland; in which petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 16 April 2025 ordained all persons having an interest in the Company to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
