Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that 17Capital 6 Scots SPV GP LLP has transferred the entirety of its general partner interest in 17Capital Co-Invest (N) Scots LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL037418 (the “Partnership”) to 17Capital Co-Invest (N) Scots GP LLP (the “Transfer”).

As a result of the Transfer, 17Capital Co-Invest (N) Scots GP LLP was admitted as general partner of the Partnership and 17Capital 6 Scots SPV GP LLP ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership.
