NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION
The North Sea Transition Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Equinor UK Limited whose address is 1 Kingdom Street, London, W2 6BD for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Rosebank FPSO ESDVs and the Satellite J WI Well, Template D, WOSPS Tee Tie-In Assembly and between the Sat I DILT and Satellite I WI Well, FPSO DILT and Satellite K WI Well, Rosebank FPSO TUTU and Template D, URB and Satellite J WI Well, URB and Satellite K WI Well and between the URB and GRB
The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) is the business name of the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). The OGA remains the legal name of the company. References in this notice to the NSTA should be interpreted as the OGA.
Except with the consent of the NSTA, the 465.12 Millimetre Water Injection pipelines shall only be used to convey Water Injection; the 354.68 Millimetre Water Injection pipelines shall only be used to convey Water Injection; the 476.64 Millimetre Gas Lift pipeline shall only be used to convey Gas Lift; the 497.52 Millimetre Production pipelines shall only convey Production Fluids; the 452.72 Millimetre Gas Export pipeline shall only convey Export Gas; the 266.3 Millimetre Services Umbilical pipeline shall only convey Hydraulic Fluid, Emulsion Breaker, Naphtenate Inhibitor, Scale Inhibitor, Methanol, Chemical (PPD), Power and Fibre Optic Communications; the 116.6 Millimetre Service Umbilical pipelines shall only convey Hydraulic Fluid, MeOH, Power and Fibre Optics; the 81.9 Millimetre Umbilical Pipeline shall only convey Hydraulic Fluid.
The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the NSTA, by other persons.
Equinor UK Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
