A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The approval of the Administrator`s Statement of Proposals

2. The establishing of a Creditors` Committee

3. The approval of the Administrator`s fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs

4. The timing of the Administrator`s discharge
