Please do not respond to this notice if you have already received correspondence from the Trustee of the Scheme relating to the winding-up of the Scheme.

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the Scheme gives notice that the winding-up of the Scheme will shortly be completed. The Trustee requests that (a) any former employee of any of the following entities:

• Mondi Aberdeen Limited, formerly known as:

o Mondi Packaging Aberdeen Limited (23 November 2004 – 26 April 2010);

o Frantschach Industrial Packaging (Abertay) Limited (29 June 2004 – 23 November 2004);

o Frantschach Industrial Packaging Limited (25 September 2000 – 29 June 2004); and

o Assidoman Sacks (UK) Limited (30 July 1999 – 25 September 2000)

• Robert L Fleming Limited

or, if such a person is deceased, (b) the spouse or dependant of that person, who in either case is (or thinks they might be) entitled to benefits under the Scheme, (c) any person (or the spouse or dependant of that person) who was previously a member of the Scheme but who transferred their benefits out of the Scheme and (d) any other person who believes they may have a claim against the Scheme, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim to Lygia Jones, Senior Asst. After this date, the Trustee will complete the process of distributing the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons currently appearing to be entitled to them and, in doing so, will have regard only to the claims of which it currently has notice. The Trustee shall then not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to it by the date stated in this notice.
