At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Bridgewood Manor, Walderslade Woods, Chatham, ME5 9AX on 9 April 2025, the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Douglas Yerrill of Yerrill Murphy, Office 3, Romney Marsh Business Hub, Mountfield Road, New Romney, TN28 8LH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date the appointment of Ian Yerrill was confirmed, and Bai Cham was appointed as Joint Liquidator.
