Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that in respect of TDR Capital III ‘B’ L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP015423 (the “Partnership”):

1. Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company transferred the whole of its interest to (i) Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC and (ii) Kline Hill Partners Fund V Extension LP; and

2. HGPS-DPE Delaware Holdings LLC transferred the whole of its interest to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC.

As a consequence of such transfers, Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC and Kline Hill Partners Fund V Extension LP were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and HGPS-DPE Delaware Holdings LLC ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
