We, Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) and Manjit Shokar (IP No. 23790) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Innovation Centre Medway, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent, ME5 9FD were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 4 November 2023.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential and secondary preferential creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 28 April 2025. The dividend will be the first and final dividend being declared. The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 28 April 2025 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the joint liquidators whose contact details are below.
