THE HARINGEY (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 4th April 2025 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 35, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground:

| Allison Road N8 | 1. To formalise the 7.5 tonne weight restriction except for access on Allison Road N8. |
| 2. To formalise the No Stopping except ambulances restriction adjacent to the flank wall of No.575 Green Lanes. | |
| Brampton Park Road N22 | To formalise the Permit Holders only bay adjacent to No.21 High Road. |
| Broadwater Road N17 | To formalise the Disabled Badge Holders Only bay outside No.8. |
| Clarendon Road N8 | To formalise the existing No Waiting/No Loading at any time restrictions and Resident Permit Holders Only parking (operating CPZ hours) outside and opposite No.1 to 69 Westpoint Apartments. |
| Clifton Gardens N15 | To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bay (maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour operating CPZ hours) on both sides of the road at the junction with Elm Park Avenue and formalise the Single Yellow Line (CPZ hours) outside No.32. |
| Collingwood Road N15 | To formalise the Resident Permit Holders Only bays and Single Yellow Lines (operating CPZ hours) between No.19-23. |
| Crowland Road N15 | To formalise all shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bay (maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour), operating CPZ hours opposite and adjacent to Crowland Primary School. |
| Elm Park Avenue N15 | To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bay (maximum stay 1 hour 30 minutes and no return within 1 hour), operating CPZ hours opposite No.81-93. |
| Etherley Road N15 | To formalise the shared use resident Permit Holders only/Pay by Phone bay adjacent to No.325 West Green Road. |
| Fenton Road N17 | To formalise the No Loading at any Time restrictions at the junction with White Hart Lane. |
| Forster Road N17 | To formalise the Doctor Permit Holders only bay opposite the junction with Chaplin Road operating 6:30am-8pm. |
| Fryatt Road N17 | To formalise the dedicated Disabled Permit Holders only bay outside No.15. |
| Gladesmore Road N15 | To formalise the shared use permit holders only/pay by phone bays operating CPZ hours (with a maximum stay and no return period of 1 hour) on both sides of the road, each side of the junction with Fairview Road. |
| Grove House Road N8 | To formalise all double yellow lines, single yellow lines and permit holder only bays (operating CPZ hours) between the junction with Middle Lane and Birkbeck Road. |
| Lordship Lane N17 | 1. To formalise the double yellow lines outside No.407 and the event day operational times (CPZ hours) for the no waiting restriction from outside No.349-401. |
| 2. To formalise the operational times for the single yellow line outside 350-384 (8am-9:30am). | |
| Love Lane N17 | To formalise the operational times for the shared use Permit Holder Only/Pay by Phone bay (Non-event days Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm, max stay and no return of 2 hours for paid parking) and no waiting/no loading (event days 8am-8:30pm) restriction adjacent to flats 2 to 32 Whitehall Street, and to formalise the Double Yellow Lines at the junction with Moselle Street. |
| Middle Lane N8 | To formalise the no waiting/no loading at any time restrictions opposite No.186-208. |
| Mount Pleasant Crescent N4 | To formalise all the existing resident permit, permit holders only bays, single yellow lines (operating CPZ hours) and double yellow lines on the west side outside No.15-19 and east side between No.20 and the junction with Stapleton Hall Road. |
| Park Road N8 | To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bays on the northeast side of the road between the junctions with Lynton Road and Kelland Close (northwestern arm). |
| Salisbury Road N22 | To formalise the shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bay outside No.2a. |
| Talbot Road N15 | To formalise all Resident Permit Holders Only bays and Single Yellow Lines (operating CPZ hours) between the junctions with Tynemouth Road and Talbot Close. |
| The Avenue N8 | To formalise all Resident Permit Holders Only bays between No.10 to No.26. |
| Tottenham Green Leisure Centre Car Park N15 | To formalise the operational times and prices for the leisure centre car park. |
| View Close N6 | To formalise all the existing Double Yellow Lines, Single Yellow Line and Resident Permit Holders Only bays. |
| Wembury Road N6 | To formalise all the existing Permit Holders Only bay, shared use Resident Permit Holders/Pay by Phone bays (maximum stay 1 hour) operating at CPZ hours and double yellow lines between No.1 to western end of the road (junction with Archway Road). |
| Weston Park N8 | To formalise the Permit Holders Only bay operating CPZ hours outside No.75-79. |
| Whitehall Street N17 | To formalise the operational times for all Permit Holders Only bays (non-event days Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm) and shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone bays (non-event days Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm with a max stay and no return period of 2 hours for paid parking) between the junctions with High Road and Love Lane. All of which operate as no waiting/no loading on event days between 8am-8:30pm. |
| Worcester Avenue N17 | To formalise the operational times for the Permit Holder Only bays (non-event days Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm) and no waiting/no loading (event days 8am-10pm) restrictions between no.1-21. |
| A minor amendment is to be made to The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (no.7) Order 2024 (relating to SS42 - St Marys School Street) to correct a grammatical error and to The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (no.10) Order 2023 (relating to SS28 school street at South Grove N15 to reflect a change in the school name). | |
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 10th April 2025.
Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey once operational.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
