"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Paul Atkinson (IP No. 9314) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Centre Block, Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, Kent, BR6 0JA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
