Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that New York City Fire Department Pension Fund transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-4 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014060 (the “Partnership”), to SP Greenwich Acquisitions L.P. and as a result of such transfer, SP Greenwich Acquisitions L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and New York City Fire Department Pension Fund ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
