For the attention of the owner of cash that was found in a in possession of Luis Arturo Baeza Aviles on the 17th October at Chancery Lane Underground Station. I would like to inform you that the cash namely £2400:00p, has now been seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. An application for forfeiture of seized cash, believing that the cash it is recoverable property or intended for use in unlawful conduct, has been listed. The hearing will take place at Worcester Magistrates Court, 9 Castle Street, Worcester, WR1 3AD 2nd May 2025 at 10am. Should the owner wish to come forward and attend to contest the application can you kindly advise me.
