D Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the ST GEORGES SUPERANNUATION FUND established on 9 May 1956 is required to send particulars of his or her claim or interest to the Trustee of the St Georges Superannuation Fund c/o XPS Administration, PO Box 562, Middlesborough, TS1 9JA, in writing within 2 months from the date of this notice, after which date the Trustee will commence the process to distribute the assets of the said Fund among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice. If you have recently been contacted regarding the Fund or are in receipt of a pension from the Fund, you do not need to respond to this notice.
