Subsequent to a notice pursuant to section 27(Deceased Estates) of the Trustee Act 1925 published on the 6th November 2024 further notice is hereby given in accordance with the spirit of The Administration of Insolvent Estates of Deceased Persons Order 1986 and The Insolvency Act 1986 pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (as amended) that we, GHP Legal as instructed by Jake David Moreton and Rachel Davies as Administrators of the Estate of Andrew David Moreton deceased of 28 Cross Street Oswestry Shropshire SY11, intend to pay a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors within two months of the last date of proving specified below. Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before the 5th of June 2025, the last day for proving, to submit their proof of debt to GHP Legal 21 The Cross Oswestry Shropshire SY11 1PN (quoting reference PO. 141106 and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the dividend so declared.
