Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 31 March 2025, Stepstone H Opportunities Fund Holdings, L.P. (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund IV "C' L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014711, to ASF Moonstone Acquisition, L.P. which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
