Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that with effect from 31 March 2025, CPP Investments Board Private Holdings (4) Inc (the “Transferor”) has transferred its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €350, to (i) Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC; (ii) Ares Secondaries Acquisition Vehicle 14 Plume LP; (iii) Flux Holdings 2025-1 LLC; (iv) ASIF Equity I LLC; and (v) Ivy Hill Equity I LLC (together the “Transferees”) and with effect from such date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferees became limited partners in the Partnership.
