Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 April 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 February 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of SARAH GILANI who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of SARAH MALIK and assumed the name of SARAH GILANI.
