NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the member of Quinn Group Properties Limited will be held at the offices of Interpath Advisory, Suite 402, The Kelvin, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DH on Tuesday 6 May 2025 at 10am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up to date and resolving whether the Joint Liquidators should be granted their release.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxyholder to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy holder need not be a member of the company. A signed proxy form must be lodged at Interpath Advisory, Suite 402, The Kelvin, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DH or by email at nadia.swords@interpath.com not later than 12 noon on Friday 2 May 2024.
